Handgun 1
Handgun Level 1 focuses on the foundation of shooting a Handgun. This course will lay the framework for newer/unfamiliar shooters and allow them to build the essential building blocks and necessary skills for shooting.
Some of the topics discussed in class include:
-Safe handling of a firearm/ Safety rules
-Proper grip / Stance/ Presentation of handgun
-Sight alignment & Sight picture
-Trigger control
-Nomenclature of handguns / Semi-auto vs Revolver
-How ammunition works
-Identifying & clearing malfunctions
